Mermaids on the Beach 2014, St Leonards
A new event and a fabulous idea. Girls and guys dress as mermaids and mermen, head to the beach at St Leonards behind the West Marina Chalets, there to be snapped for a charity calendar in aid of the RNLI. With a few of us amateurs getting in on the act to grab a few shots for posterity too ;)
Was great fun and the people taking part were very good sports. Some superb costumes to be seen. Sun shone after a slightly cloudy start. Lots of spectators turned out to watch the proceedings and the first Mermaids on the Beach gathering looked to be a great success.
Congratulations to all involved. Roll on the next one.
